He has been editor of several international standards, including ISO 9241-11, ISO 20282-2, and ISO/IEC 25010 and currently chairs the group revising ISO 20282. Nigel leads the UPA Usability Body of Knowledge project and was a member of the National Academy of Science Committee on Human-System Design Support for Changing Technology.
