Mr. Sillén is currently working with Concept & Customer Business Development at Screen Interaction AB, a design and innovation bureau, leveraging user experience and service design as powerful tools for revenue growth and innovation. He has an extensive background within Ericsson, most recently he was Director of User Experience, working with Customer Business Development. Prior to this assignment he was Vice President and Head of Ericsson Mobility World, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for GSM and TDMA systems globally, and General Manager Head of eBusiness. He also has an engineering development background and was a project manager for the development of the world’s first GSM Base Station and subsequent second generation of GSM Base Stations—products he later introduced globally as Head of Marketing for GSM Radio at Ericsson. He holds an MSc of Electrical Engineering from Chalmers in Sweden and a BA of Economics from Eckerd College in Florida.
