Mr. Carroll earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2007. He then completed his Master’s Degree at Towson University in 2012. He was involved in research related to developing visualizations for the blind during his graduate project work. Currently, he is a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman.
