  1. Jean Fox, Bureau of Labor Statistics

    Jean Fox is a UX Researcher at the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, where she applies UX methods to improve federal statistical systems.  She has held leadership positions in UXPA International and in several government UX communities. Jean holds a Ph.D. from George Mason University, a master’s degree from Virginia Tech, and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, all in human factors. She has been in the field for over 30 years and has observed the evolution of the field during that time.
