Michael Hughes has a Masters degree in Technical and Professional Communication from Southern Polytechnic State University and a PhD in Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia. He has worked in all aspects of usability as a test facilitator, a consultant, and as a user experience designer. He is currently a User Experience Design Lead for CheckFree Corporation where he administers its User Experience Research and Design Center and participates as an active designer in new product development.
