Mr. Gaffney is a UX consultant in Melbourne, Australia, where he established his company, Information and Design (infodesign.com.au), in 1991. He is co-author with Caroline Jarrett of Forms That Work: Designing Web Forms for Usability. He has lectured on user-centered design at Swinburne University in Melbourne and has presented at numerous UX conferences. He is a former Managing Editor of UXPA's User Experience magazine, and former Director of Publications at UXPA. He has been running the User Experience podcast (uxpod.com) since 2006.
