Chris supports the development of innovative products and services for a wide variety of commercial and government clients. He is an advisory board member and past president of both UXPA International and its Boston chapter. He speaks on a variety of topics to graduate programs and at conferences throughout the US and abroad, and he recently co-authored the textbook Consumer Informatics and Digital Health, published by Springer.
